Our classic sourdough is leavened using a slow rise process and local wild yeasts in the starter that enhance the flavor. The end result is a beautiful pastry with a mild, tangy taste. Airy pastry larger than the size of your hand wraps fragrant cinnamon and brown sugar, while creamy frosting glaze flows over making a truly aromatic sweet treat. Made with our own sourdough, White Hall farm fresh eggs, locally milled flour, Madagascar vanilla, and organic quality spices and baked in heirloom antique cast iron - these buns will absolutely melt in your mouth.

Our breads are naturally leavened without the use of commercial yeast or other agents. Our starter provides a depth of flavor that unlocks a new range of taste due to the long fermentation and rising process. Our grains are freshly milled and organically grown from a local Maryland farm. You will receive six jumbo cinnamon rolls.
