Enjoy an artisanal sourdough loaf delivered right to your door. Our sourdough is handmade from scratch daily right on the farm and baked in our heirloom cast iron that is over one hundred years old. Our classic sourdough bread is leavened using a slow rise process and local wild yeasts in the starter that enhance the flavor. The end result is a beautiful loaf with a mild, tangy taste. With a crunchy crust and a soft, airy inside crumb, our bread is sure to make the most delightful sandwiches, bread bowls, bruschetta and more.

Our bread boules are naturally leavened without the use of commercial yeast or other agents. Our starter provides a depth of flavor that unlocks a new range of taste due to the long fermentation and rising process. Our grains are freshly milled and organically grown from a local Maryland farm.

How to store sourdough bread:

Sourdough contains no chemically laden preservatives like bread from the grocery store. Sourdough instead contains natural acids from the starter that keeps the bread fresh for 4-5 days. Store bread cut side down after slicing. Store in a bread box or wrapped tightly with a reusable wrap such as Bee’s Wrap. Never place sourdough in the refrigerator as this will cause the bread to stale extremely fast.
