Our scrumptious apple pie is a perfect marrying of Maryland fall flavors. The main event - the apples! - are picked from the orchard of a Northern Maryland farm and baked fresh. The apples are hand sliced and tossed with spices for a deep, fall flavor - the perfect combination of tart and sweet. The flour for the crust is milled here on the farm from locally sourced Maryland wheat berries. Completely from scratch, this 9” apple pie is made with fresh homemade butter from cream, and is brushed with an egg white wash using our farm’s farm fresh eggs for a perfectly browned crust. Pair a warm pie with cold ice cream for a la mode, or eat with a slice of cheddar cheese for a burst of flavor.

We use our own ingredients from the farm or locally sourced ingredients from the community to support fellow local farmers.
